@MINHxDYNASTY I wonder how much of it is the forced meditative time that walking provides. Also gives you time to think about things that usually get lost in the chaos. People don't take enough breaks.

in jan, my goal was to get 5k steps a day, did that and felt great feb, ive moved the average to 7k+ steps and ive never felt better my recovery has improved, i sleep deeper and easier, and im the leanest ive been at the heaviest ive been (13% at 185 lbs) please walk more

@MarioNawfal Doctors dont sell medication or get any money for prescribing medication… Some people have an uncommon mutation where they have high b12 but its not active(methylated) so it doesnt function properly and requires supplementation with active methylated b12. Costs ~$30/month though

it is the best possible time to be alive in the human race if you want to build wealth if you want to become somebody i was listening to dave ramsey on iced coffee hour and something he said hit me: we’re walking around with supercomputers in our pockets. access to infinite knowledge. distribution and creation channels our parents could only dream of. the internet is a beautiful place, and we live in it you can launch an idea today, get feedback in minutes, iterate tonight, and try again tomorrow. insane advantage. but lately i slipped into the mindset virus… inflation, student debt, economic collapse, cost of living, the whole generation feeling trapped storyline. yes, there is a lot of truth to that, but abundance has always been one of my core lenses in life. i’m choosing to get back to that. to tune my mind toward optimism. food for thought: your mind is the ultimate multiplier. it drives your actions, your energy, your outcomes. protect it. nurture it. and aim it at the world you actually want to build.
