Eu uso @fleury_online há uns 12 anos. Ter tudo num lugar só seria mais cômodo. Mas a queda na qualidade está me fazendo mudar de ideia.
processos diferentes nas unidades incomoda demais. Umas pedem docs q outras não e vice versa. Atendimento no horário? Nunca.

Hey @Iberia and @Americanair thanks for downgrading me and my family to economy from Premium Economy and sticking me with no window, no reclining seat and next to lavatory on a 12 hr flight. Any compensation coming my way? Unacceptable!

I left an item in the airplane. Called the customer service in BR. Advised to go back to GRU. Drove 2hrs. They open at night. I see my item on tracking but can’t find anybody.
