Hey @Iberia and @Americanair thanks for downgrading me and my family to economy from Premium Economy and sticking me with no window, no reclining seat and next to lavatory on a 12 hr flight. Any compensation coming my way? Unacceptable!

@WestJet Update: now over 75 calls and unable to reach a @WestJet representative. Crappy website just runs you in circles. Unsure of how to get refund and compensation for literally last second tickets had to purchase on a competitor which should be handled by WestJet

Hey @WestJet you emailed me cancelling my flight for tomorrow with no further information! Try and call their customer service and tell you “we are unable to take your call right now” and hang up. Absolutely unacceptable!

@WestJet I think WestJet should have booked my flights on the competing airline rather than giving me 18 hours to do it myself. What say you @westjet. ?

@WestJet No….. 55 calls and haven’t talked with a live person. Am I getting reimbursed? How about the fact I had to pay 4x on a competitor? Am I getting compensated for that?

€250 taxi ride to and back from airport to pick up my bag, lost €225 for Vatican tour, 3 hours of my time and stress, missed dinner reservation with our friends. All because @British_Airways can’t deliver a bag to the hotel. You turned a simple fix i to a lost customer!

I am furious, @British_Airways are unable to deliver my bag to hotel in the same city I am, what makes me think I could trust them to deliver to ship? What happens next? Have to bail on Vatican tour (prepaid) and take taxi to airport and back to retrieve my bag.

How @British_Airways turns minor inconvenience into major hassle. We flew @British_Airways from Arizona to Rome with a layover at Heathrow. We purchased Business class tickets. Flight from AZ to London was fine and then London to Rome.

@British_Airways Port? They wouldn’t deliver it to my hotel! Told me yesterday it would be sent today but now they are saying no. Pay first class airfares for this service?
