This is the second terrible experience! First in Jaipur -the staff misbehaved and we had to leave the hotel with family. Now again in Indore! Totally unacceptable and shocking from a Tata Group brand.@stayatginger @TataCompanies this level of service is a disgrace.

My 2nd terrible experience with @stayatginger booked Ginger Indore for tonight, and while I’m still on the train, I get a call saying the hotel is full! They offered a 1300 Care Residency instead of my approx 4K booking. Is this the reliability we expect from a @TataCompanies
