Use Claude they said. Upload your decks the said. Unleash all this productivity they said. But apparently, I first need to start a new chat, delete some of the deck and not exceed the maximum image count…just like my existing brain.

I ran comms for Google during Oracle v. Google in 2012, tech's last big trial of the century. Watching Musk v. Altman has me flashing back hard. Fifteen observations on the trial comms war so far, in no particular order:

Calling all talented software engineers: Varick is hiring. But we value your time so the entire application to interview process will last < 3 days. And if you refer someone we hire, we'll send you $5k. @varickai deploys production grade AI systems inside large enterprises that actually realize ROI. We're actively working with massive companies and are drowning in demand. We're a small and talented team in SF, moving to a beautiful office. You get to: - build agents all day with 0 politics - leverage an unlimited token budget - access entire departments of billion dollar enterprises and every piece of your work results in $10Ms of enterprise value. We'll give you very good compensation, and you're early enough that your work shapes everything. Relevant experience is a hard requirement. If you're interested send a resume + short blurb (name, employment history, university) to contact@varickagents.com, and I'll book 20 minutes to chat and see if this is a good fit. Engagement greatly appreciated to boost this around!

To those of you who can sell to existing customers as an AE, what percentage of your sales does that bring in? After selling net new only the last 5 years, I’m beginning to think being able to farm some existing customers is highly undervalued when picking AE roles.

Just realizing that, Social Capital excepted, traditional Silicon Valley venture royalty entirely missed Groq. It’s the 2nd biggest acquisition of a private company of the last 10 years after Wiz and the investors are crossovers, strategics, Europeans, etc You just never know.

@friedberg @RoKhanna There’s nothing more permanent than a temporary government program. Or something like that. Seems the guy who said that was pretty popular in California.

Peter Thiel is leaving California if we pass a 1% tax on billionaires for 5 years to pay for healthcare for the working class facing steep Medicaid cuts. I echo what FDR said with sarcasm of economic royalists when they threatened to leave, "I will miss them very much."
Teddy Schleifer@teddyschleifer

NEWS: Larry Page and Peter Thiel are making moves to leave California by the end of the year to avoid a possible billionaires tax that could hit them where it hurts. With @RMac18 + @hknightsf. nytimes.com/2025/12/26/tec…

Isn't this a bit overkill? I created one that does audio analysis and can provide the same information, it just uses Gemini to do it (Gemini is very good at this) To be fair, mine doesn't do RAG over the audio, but I guess it could. I also don't know much so I could be over thinking it.

HOLY SH*T... I just CRACKED the biggest problem with AI coding... Large codebases + AI = complete chaos and hallucinations But I found a system that keeps AI laser-focused on production-level projects No $50/month tools needed Here's my exact method 🧵👇

Just made a 💰 in 13 hours from long-form YT. Got bullied by @saimagnate for making short-form content, so I had to prove a point. All you need: a few brain cells, know how to Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V, and the willpower to create an API. Drop a follow, RT + Comment "bag" for the workflow that turned bullying into profits. Zero filming. Zero editing. Zero getting roasted by Siam. → Built an n8n workflow that cranks out videos while you sleep → Takes a topic → Finds ranked content → Generates visuals → Adds AI voiceover → Exports complete faceless videos.
