@ESPNCleveland Two games in Florida in early Sept when it’s 120 deg on the field will absolutely drain this team and cause massive soft tissue injury issues. NFl said eff you to the browns!

@TheSG_Content Coming out of HS, he was elite with very good athleticism and a strong arm. I was convinced OSU made a mistake not pushing for him harder during recruiting. Will be interesting to see if the Steelers can unlock the upside he once showed

@BrownsNationcom NFL history shows us some good teams with mediocre to bad qbs have even won the SB (Bucs with Brad Johnson, Ravens with Dilfer). Those teams had good offensive talent around the QB and great Ds. Not expecting Browns to be anywhere near SB level but team could easily win 8 games

Kristopher Knox of Bleacher Report predicted the Browns will finish 5-12 in Todd Monken’s first season as head coach, citing Cleveland’s improved roster but ongoing uncertainty at quarterback. "To replace Stefanski, the Browns hired former Ravens offensive coordinator Todd Monken. Cleveland hired the former division rival over defensive coordinator Jim Schwartz, which led to the respected coach's departure. Offensively, GM Andrew Berry did take steps to improve the biggest non-QB deficiencies. He added linemen Zion Johnson, Elgton Jenkins, and Tytus Howard before drafting tackle Spencer Fano, receiver Kevin Concepcion, and wideout Denzel Boston. Unfortunately, a huge question mark remains at quarterback, where Deshaun Watson appears to have the edge over second-year QBs Shedeur Sanders and Dillon Gabriel. Given what we've seen from Watson as a member of the Browns, it'll be hard to have high expectations in Cleveland. And with Watson emerging as the early front-runner, it's fair to wonder if the Browns will be trying to win in 2026 or if they're setting the table for a 2027 QB target." @GreenMafiaPicks @iam_johnw @NBA Magic, Bird & Jokic all say Hi! Some of the greatest players to ever play were not considered to be very athletic. Cam Boozer was much better college player than his Dad who lasted in NBA for 12+ years, multiple All Star and won Olympic gold medal. That is the floor for Cam

@TBL_Hockey Only player I trade SOR for is McDavid! My guess is the Oilers realizing huge mistake they made in letting him go first time will use the PR win to get him back as part of a McDavid trade package consisting of SOR, James, Lilliberg and #1 and #2 picks down the road!

@BB_Mike_Lowery @JiyuuUsisblind @MLFootball Yes odd case where tunsil did play guard for a year but he had elite tackle measureables and Dolphins had no plans to draft him at the time. Mauignoa does not have elite tackle measureables

NEWS: The #Giants revealed that they drafted their two targets in the first round Arvell Reese and Francis Mauigoa. New York seemed to be stunned to at the #Titans drafted with #4 Carnell Tate & the #Browns drafted with #9 Spencer Fano. Fascinating video:

@rocknrollofall The first one I heard on the radio was Immigrant Song. To this day it's been in my top five Zep favorites, often taking the top spot. The music won me over, and the lyrics are, to stoke the Viking meme, simply epic.

@CLE_RichSports @mlbeuphoria I completely agree with this- Kwan is hurting team immensely by batting leadoff! Move him to #9 where he will not have pressure of leading off and will get fewer at bats while he works thru his issues.

@gregauman Greg- would you consider Anzalone and Trotter to both have the same strengths? Good near the line but not as good in coverage? Which one of the two is going to be asked to be coverage linebacker?

Bucs' starting inside linebackers will likely be Alex Anzalone and rookie Josiah Trotter. Christian Rozeboom and SirVocea Dennis look like top backups going in, and they typically keep 4-5 on the 53, so good competition between Nick Jackson, John Bullock (UDFAs last year) and this year's UDFAs in Caden Fordham and Javin Wright.
WindyV3@Windy_V3

@gregauman I’m mostly looking at the swath of UDFA linebackers we got to see who will make the first cut. Interesting room so far

@JiyuuUsisblind @MLFootball Name one NFL team in recent history that took the supposed #1 rated tackle prospect and played him at guard in the pros- in their first year??? Or at least a prospect drafted in the top 10??? He may end up an elite guard in the NFL but Browns made right move in taking Fano at 9!

@farkas_tom @MLFootball Mauigoa is a tackle, we’re converting him to guard because we already have 2 tackles… he’ll learn guard so when he moves to the edge he can coach up the next prospect we get at guard

@NickIsaac128019 @MLFootball So thats why the NY Giants are playing him at Guard??? Look, he may have been a very good college OT but everyone understood that Mauignoa was not playing OT or LT for that matter in the NFL. Fano with much better athleticism and footwork projects at worst as a RT!

@farkas_tom @MLFootball Mauignoa is by far the better tackle, and it isn’t particularly close. Just look at the OSU and Miami game alone. Mauignoa absolutely destroyed Reese and Styles. They still have nightmares about him

Looking at CF that the Rays could be interested in come July. Buxton seems to be the main target. After that? Not many obvious options. If Cleveland falls out of the race over the next 2 months I’d be asking about Kwan.

Estimates place George Washington’s net worth at his death between $525 million and $594 million, when adjusted for inflation. So even the wealthiest man in the colonies, as you correctly pointed out he was, wouldn’t be a billionaire today. They fought against a monarchy that would have been. So, thanks for proving the point @AOC made. Might wanna work on developing some critical thinking skills at some point, Ron. 😉
