Yes, internet is heavily restricted in Iran right now. Most people have no access or very limited/slow connection using Starlink, since the war started. Also using Starlink in Iran considers a serious crime and have severe consequences. Only regime insiders get special “white SIM” cards with full unrestricted internet so they can spread propaganda. Regular people are basically cut off.

Until recently, Hamideh Soleimani Afshar and her daughter were green card holders living lavishly in the United States. Afshar is the niece of deceased Iranian Major General Qasem Soleimani. This week, I terminated both Afshar and her daughter's legal status and they are now in ICE custody, pending removal from the United States.
