@TransLink the elevators at Commercial Stn from Millennium line isn’t working and there is no escalators either. There is an elderly man with a walker there, csn you send him someone to help him get up?

@TELUS @TELUSsupport I was on hold for 1 hr 33 mins for technical support because our home services arent working and suddenly the automated agent says “we are closed” and my call is disconnected. Its 9:40pm PST. Do you not have 24/7 support?

@TransLink This is in regards to Feedback ID 1342546 submitted on your website. Basically the bus driver and this friend refused to let an elderly lady board the bus at Lougheed claiming it was “full” b/c they wanted to chat. You can see a few stops later, the bus is pretty empty

@farwa90 Hi Farwa! The 152s are running from Lougheed. I just saw one pull into the station and it should be leaving within the next 10 minutes towards Coquitlam Central Station. Hope this helps! ^at

@TransLink I find that this is a pattern with the 152…..Its never consistent during rush hour commute or its full. When I got here at 4:27pm, the line was already long and now its even longer obviously because no bus between 4:25pm and 5:10pm

@farwa90 Hi Farwa. The 4:25pm bus left at 4:26pm and the 4:40pm bus got cancelled due to an operational issue. Sorry about that :( The 4:55pm bus is out there, but currently running about 15 minutes behind. ^ns
