@KrellPong26228 @DavidLloydUK Yep, I was sat with two other members at dinner one android one iPhone all using the latest devices none of us could book any class come 7pm. It is a very sorry state of affairs. It really is beyond a joke now, this has been ongoing since early 2025

@adelarks @antonoaldo I did attempt to deal with the transfer desk in Abu dhabi to re route my flights to save me the pain but they simply wouldn't entertain it, waiting over an hour to say no and then passing the responsibility to non existent staff in milan

@EtihadHelp Great! So despite filling in your form, chasing you publicly on here you have failed to even acknowledge and set a time frame to resolution via email. Im not the only customer there were loads of people in the same boat in my flights, let alone the journalist ive seen here..

I too am waiting for a response to my ordeal of being abandoned in an airport at 11:50pm with no onward flights, having missed my connection due to 3 successive delayed flights. On board brilliant, on the ground, poor.

@DavidLloydUK Last night I was at home on wifi. Some members were already at the club. None of us able to book All of us with differing responses, such as the ones above, or being logged out, or being sent emails but the app doesnt show the booking, got 1 of 2 of membership booked.
