Anyone thinking of booking flights with @etihad , be extremely careful. They treat you like strangers after they fail to provide proper service. Their support @EtihadHelp is useless and their CEO @antonoaldo doesn't care what happens at his back! Try other airlines instead.

The level of customer support from @etihad @EtihadHelp . It has been over a week and nothing from their side. Now I am done with their customer care. Without legal step, they will not listen. Beware before booking flights with them! They don't care at all about the customers.

@etihad you charge extra for the “layover hotel,” promise 24-hr check-in/out, then leave families waiting 2+ hrs at Capital Suites with a 1- and 4-year-old. Called for help and your staff was rude. Premium airline? This is chaos. Never flying @etihad again.

@EtihadHelp Are you joking? Automated rubbish. Your customer support are dishonest - pretending to give cash settlements when in fact it’s just a credit on your dreadful airline. I will never fly with you again.

@fastandhungry @antonoaldo Also they are dishonest. They wrote to me claiming they would give 1000 usd and then in the claim acceptance they make it credit for their airline! I don’t want to fly with them again and the offer was originally cash, no mention of credit! They are so corrupt

@antonoaldo you should be ashamed of the customer services you oversee and how you treat customers when you’ve failed as an airline. Offering a credit when it should be cash compensation especially when I never want to set foot on an Etihad plane again. @etihad

Lodge missing bag complaints. It's been over 48 hours and my bag hasn't been delivered. I was told my bag will be sent to my home and now B6 wants me to personally come and pick it up. I didn't ask for compensation but this is bad customer service @etihad @JetBlue
