@britishairways So, boarded BA1382 LHR-MAN on time. Pushed back, aircraft immediately shut down on taxi way. Will be here for 90 minutes apparently and it was known about in advance. Sat in the dark. Zero service. Come on, seriously!!

@TiffanyAndCo Brought an eternity ring into Bond st for a £275 service. After making a bespoke journey back to collect it, a diamond was noticed loose. Poor work and quality control. Plus wasted time and money. Promised swift return didn't materialise either.

My business account and two personal are unworkable. This cost me money.

@santanderuk Not only is your customer service the most difficult to get hold of I have EVER experienced but, your banking system is not fit for purpose for anyone working overseas or offshore. I don’t know a single bank that comes anywhere near to being this useless.

@British_Airways why can Qatar post TP and avios on my BA account within 24 hrs but, BA can’t seem to allocate from their own metal without a complaint.

@santanderukhelp Sadly, I have no cellnet coverage. Unlike all the other banks, Your authentication system (OTP) is antiquated and can only be received over cellnet. Why oh why can’t you use email, apps or other.
Also, you’ve just altered your log in system so can’t access it without a new code

@Bikery1966 It’s irrelevant what the previous driver may have done in their small car. I don’t know what this driver thought. What is clear from the photo is that they tried to obey the spirit of the rule and you are penalising them for not being as perfect as you are. A spiteful response.

@British_Airways Hello, my tier point collection year ends in nine days. I have 280 TPs yet to credit and have been told by BA H it could take 6 wks. (!!). I’m 100 TP short of GUF which I qualify for with those points. Please reassure me that it will retrospectively honoured.
