This situation shows how bad and absurd @flyswiss customer service is. I want to illustrate how incompetent they are by actually asking me to report a phishing message instead of taking note themselves. And they actually PIN this message complaining about how bad their service is

I called @FlySWISS to tell then I^m receiving suspect phishing messages on my phone from an account that they own... and they do automated replies asking me to file a complaint after the flight (I have no flight with them, which is why these SMS are really strange. @20minutes

@FlySWISS That's not true as earlier in the year I received updated on my phone about gate changes on a flight I was on. Clearly @FlySWISS is very bad at #cybersecurity as they don't seem to know their own processes @20Minutes

Just received an sms from @FlySWISS on my phone for a flight I'm not registered on. I called them to let them know there might be a hack as it's weird and customer service "mike" says "supervisors are busy could you send us an email"... wow way to go to care about the security

@TwitterDev what's the deal with the API's? We got suddenly shut down apparently without warning (or email) and now our service is off. Is this how you think we would pay for a paid tier? Are you sure @elonmusk wants to make money with this? There are other sources.

I don’t care about brands anymore. All I care about is quality and sustainability of the products I buy (and I try to buy the least). I’d like to see a “no Brand” brand that provides great affordable quality without the need to show-off a brand. Most no brand products are shit.
