@YouTube My channel was terminated and money uploaded was removed, @ONErpm@iMusicianDigitalAG as you see I won all the claims of copyright, so why terminating my channel? When you know fully well I produce my content myself? The corruption is obvious
I said I was going to keep quiet about this but really @Truth31The1 now you’re taking action against me 2 years later? @TeamYouTube I demand to have my video be re uploaded to my channel as it exposes this man for the things he did like stalking several people with alt accounts.

My channel got terminated too just like that after I won copyright claim from @ONErpm like there claimed my videos I provided evidence and won them but youtube still terminated my channel. I kindly request for a manual review
Hi, @TeamYouTube
My channel was terminated on 13/nov/2025 for "Spam/scams policy" please review my channel manually because I didn't violate any YouTube's policies and guidelines. Please review.
Finally, a big YouTuber has addressed this situation. @TeamYouTube, please take a look at this. Don’t just rely on your automated system. We need a real human to look into our cases. My chat support is closed, and they’ve stopped replying to my emails. It’s been 1 month now! 🥲

Thank you
YouTube @TeamYouTube@YouTube@nealmohan has basically destroyed my channel "Bloomation" by labeling it as “spam, deceptive practices and scams,” even though that has absolutely nothing to do with how my channel was actually run.
I have a normal production process: a scriptwriter writes the script, an animator creates all the animation by hand, an editor puts the video together, and I handle the final publishing setup. The videos were uploaded consistently, about once every two days. There were no scam schemes, no spam, and no shady links. The only external links were to my own social media.
What makes this even worse is that after the “additional review,” I was sent nothing but a generic template response with no specifics, no explanation, and no indication of what exactly I supposedly violated. Just: “the decision stands.”
So the channel gets terminated for an extremely serious reason that damages my reputation, yet no one even explains what the actual violation was. At this point, it does not look like a real review. It looks like a formal copy-paste response.
I demand a proper manual review and a clear explanation of why my channel was classified under spam/scams policies in the first place. Right now, this looks like either a system mistake or negligent moderation.
@AuralixStudio@ONErpm wanted me to share revenue but I did refuse I counter there copyright claim and I won two days later @TeamYouTube terminated my channel
Many YouTube creators are facing the same serious issue where the AI system falsely flags content as “inauthentic” or even labels it under the wrong policies, leading to unfair demonetization. Appeals are often rejected within hours, which strongly suggests there is little to no real human review involved. When creators reach out to support, they mostly receive generic copy-paste responses that don’t actually address the problem. In many cases, the reason for the violation even changes — from “inauthentic content” to “harmful & dangerous policy” — showing clear inconsistency in the system. As a result, hardworking creators lose income, growth, and trust in the platform, all because of automated errors. This highlights a major flaw in YouTube’s moderation and appeal process — creators deserve transparent explanations, accurate reviews, and proper human evaluation instead of automated decisions that can destroy channels unfairly.

@MovieTalkNOW1@ONErpm wanted me to share revenue with the which I did a counter claim, after the counter was successful two days later my channel was terminated for spam, deceptive practices
TEAM YOUTUBE - My video appeal was NEVER watched, resulting in AI denying my appeal.
I want to emphasize this --- My 5 minute video appeal (as seen in this video) has a watch time of 15 seconds. No human watched my video where I EXTENSIVELY explain my process for every single video I make.
Every single video takes hours for me to make. Why? Because I think if ideas. I write ORIGINAL scripts every single time. I do EXTENSIVE research and verify every claim. I MANUALLY edit it together. I MANUALLY make the thumbnails and I alone package the videos.
I need a HUMAN review for my channel.

A little about me:
My name. is David Perez, the son of immigrants here in the US. I love video editing, marketing and it's what I do for a living! This channel overlaps with literally my living and is a big aspect of what I do.
It's why I followed channels like YouTube liason and are part of countless newsletters so I can RESPECT and FOLLOW Youtube's policy. I have never broken a single rule.
This is why I need a HUMAN review for my channel.
Thank you.

Dear YouTube Monetization Team,
My name is Rodrigo Rechmann, and I've been creating original content on YouTube for 3. I'm writing to respectfully request a human review of my channel's YPP suspension due to a related channel policy.
My channel has never violated any YouTube policy. Every video is entirely produced by me — I appear on camera, write my own scripts, edit everything myself, and create my own thumbnails. This channel is my primary source of income, and I treat YouTube's guidelines with the utmost seriousness.
This main channel had no part in that violation and has a completely clean record. I respectfully ask that it not be permanently penalized for something it was never involved in.
I'm happy to provide any evidence of my content creation process. I just want a fair, individualized review of this case.
I kindly ask that this case be escalated to a specialized team for an individualized review
Thank you sincerely for your time.
Best regards,
Rodrigo Rechmann
