So my Tesla Model S Plaid has a little over 10K miles.
Yesterday, I had to buy new tires already. That was a cool $2,053. When you consider the $300 to $400, I’m paying for insurance, it’s not really a cheaper car to own.
It’s just fun and fast. But economical, it is NOT!!
So let’s stop saying we give a shit about the environment and that it’s cost effective. IT’S a fucking lie. STOP IT!
You have a Tesla for one reason and mostly one reason only! BC THEY ARE FAST AF!!

Tesla just offered me $31,400 for my 2020 Model X, a car I originally paid $102,790 for.
And honestly, I get it.
That’s what happens when you’re on HW3 and the tech in HW4 is on a diff level.
I accepted it bc I want FSD v14 for my family’s safety and Robotaxi opportunity. LFG.

@augmentcode The new pricing makes no sense for Dev Legacy customers. I did not use Augment code for a few months but still keeping my plan due to being in the grandfather plan. Now, with the new cost model, Dev Legacy plan gets the least credits per $. Please reconsider.

Today we announced an upcoming change to how Augment Code is priced.
Starting October 20, 2025, plans will move from user messages per month → to a pool of credits that can be spent across activities.

New starting prices:
• Model S AWD: $94,990
• Model S Plaid: $109,990
• Model X AWD: $99,990
• Model X Plaid: $114,990
Four-Year Premium Service includes tire and windshield protection plan plus maintenance. Covers scheduled services including wheel alignment, tire rotations, front camera cleaning and replacement of HEPA filter, cabin filter and wiper blades.
