@EpicGames What would you, @EpicGames consider adequate proof of ownership? This is an account that was stolen from me without my knowledge. Now that I'm trying to recover it, you're claiming that all evidence THAT YOU REQUEST is insufficient.

@EpicGames My recovery was declined again despite providing information about original purchases on the account, original payment methods, all requested ID, EVERYTHING. Still denied. 9 hours since the decision and despite the appeal being available for 14 days, it states it has expired?

@EpicGames Can you tell me why my account is not being restored to me after having been hacked? I had MFA and it still was taken from me and I'm not being restored access, despite sending you invoices from when the account was first created. This is insane.

@ArcusFM I'm now having to spend my time, sending information to the solicitor to try and build a case against your insurers to get them to pay for this. All of this happened during one of the most stressful times of my life, a move from our flat to our new house.

@FitbitSupport any updates at all on my support case that is over a year old now? This is for my faulty Fitbit sense that you still have done absolutely nothing to help resolve.
