@USAA Cool… So, no longer can you not get a human (at least on weekends), when you try to get hold of the social-media/support team via chat, 48+ hours can pass with no response. Y'all have REALLY gone to hell in the last several years.

There was a Verizon truck outside and the guy said they were working an issue on the next block but that my block should be fine. He said I should open a ticket. I can't open a ticket when your support system refuses to give me a method to do so.

@VerizonSupport Why the hell does your phone support system say 8 can't report an outage because it's outside of support hours, even though the website says support hours are 24/7???????
