Jack, the “Bible” is used synonymously with “scripture,” or “God’s word.” It is simply just another term we use to refer to the written word of God.
So when you ask “where does the Bible say to read the Bible,” Christians hear that as you saying “where does scripture say to read scripture?” And the answer to that is ALL OVER! Multiple places in scripture, as @DLoesch has already shared passages.
So I’m not sure what purpose you serve by asking that question other than to undermine the importance of God’s word in our lives. It’s subversive.
