@VirginTrains @Lizinwhittle That's not true, there was only one disabled space on the 9.35 Chester to Euston train. And thanks once again for clarifying you don't accommodate young babies on your trains.

@Lizinwhittle @fififoufou Hi Liz, we have more than one disabled bay on the train. We also do ask pushchairs are collapsed prior to boarding as we do not have the space onboard to accommodate them upright. ^LC

@VirginTrains Only 1 wheelchair space was available for the whole train. In the quiet zone. (Try telling a baby to be quiet for 2 hours) Which, rightly so, a wheelchair user would have priority. Why are there no designated pushchair spaces on your trains?

@fififoufou I understand the frustration, however wheelchair spaces are available for pushchairs and staff will always assist where they can. If this happens again, please message at the time and we can contact the train manager. ^PA

@VirginTrains Sorry you're missing the point. Station staff can't redesign your trains. Why are your trains not equipped for people travelling with babies? It seems that bikes have more rights than young humans on a Virgin train

@VirginTrains This was the only space available on the whole of the train for our 5 month old. Trying to keep him quiet for 2 hours so we didn't keep getting disapproving looks from the Quiet zone passengers felt like a Crystal Maze challenge!

@VirginTrains Had a mobile ticket and all seat reservations were cancelled. Would've been cheaper to fly and I'd have been guaranteed a seat!
