Apparently the bundle of furniture parts counts as individual items? That's why they took 1 piece from the top. If I reassemble the furniture at the curb, would it then count as one item?

@myRichmondHill Sanitation workers picked up the trash in my bin, but only picked up one slat from the wood/furniture pile under the bin. Why was the pile not collected?

@amazonca I mailed a package for a refund on Nov 27. I still have not gotten my refund and your reps keep telling me that they have 'taken care of it'. I still don't have my money back. Do I need to contact my credit card provider?

@eddiebauer your chat support is atrocious. Bought item on Friday and it dropped $20 by Monday. Tried to get that as a refund and kept being told I can't combine offers. Ended up just returning the item.
