@bigitelif0 Sounds to me like she’s jealous of your lifestyle and wants that for herself deep down. Not always but probably sometimes. I have two kids and I wouldn’t change anything. However, living without kids has a lot of pros like low stress and money to have fun.

@GenZMultifamily No. We are just gonna keep renting on the cheap and investing. I think so far we have invented about 52k since selling our house in 2020. Who knows though we might regret it I guess we’ll see in the next 5to 7 years if the market never goes down.

Wife and I found an amazing house today on 2 acres of land in a very nice neighborhood. Significant upgrade from our current home/yard/hood.
The kiddos want to veto it because they would have to switch elementary schools. They are in 2nd grade and kindergarten.
