NEWS: X just kicked out one of its biggest accounts for stealing content. Massimo built a massive following by taking other creators' videos, cutting out the watermark and posting them as his own. Thousands of videos. Same trick every time. Nikita Bier, X's head of product, told him directly: "Today is your last day in the Creator Program."

a friend called me today. his wife has cancer. 5 months. that’s all it took to erase 20 years of savings. two degrees, zero credit card debt, a paid down mortgage, a retirement account they were proud of. they did everything Dave Ramsey, their parents, and every financial advisor told them to do. 5 months of treatment wiped all of it out. with insurance. he refinanced the house just to keep her alive. 15 years of equity. gone. he told me it turned him into a bitter, hateful person. but he’s not bitter. he’s just a man who played by every rule and still lost everything. and somewhere in America right now there are thousands of families in the exact same position. doing everything right. losing everything anyway. this is not a healthcare system. it’s a hostage situation. and we’re supposed to be proud of it.

Memorial Day will always mean more to our family than cookouts or a long weekend. It’s the sound of boots on concrete. The weight of a folded flag in shaking hands. Three children growing up with memories instead of a father. A headstone in Section 60 with a date that changed the course of all our lives forever. SSG Alan W. Shaw, was killed in Iraq on February 9, 2007. He was 31 years old. He didn’t get the chance to come home, grow old, meet grandchildren, or live the quiet life so many of us take for granted. That’s what Memorial Day means to us. It’s not abstract. It’s not political. It’s personal. But over the years, I’ve also realized something else. The men we honor today did not give everything so America would sit in mourning forever. They believed in life. In freedom. In family. In backyard barbecues, ballgames, loud laughter, and the simple privilege of being home. So yes, remember them. Speak their names. Teach your children who they were. Fly the flag. Visit the cemetery. And then live. Live in a way worthy of what they gave up for the rest of us. Because they are never truly gone as long as somebody is still speaking about them. 🇺🇸

Behind the Student Union on LSU’s campus, there is a grove of oak trees —each one planted to honor a courageous student from the Ole War Skule who made the ultimate sacrifice in the defense of freedom during World War I. #MemorialDay 🇺🇸

Ngl, as we've gotten older and our portfolio has grown hefty, we definitely spend more when the market is ripping. We spent a pretty penny the last 2 weeks getting new furniture (bunkbed, 65" flatscreen, TV mounts, bookcase) to update rooms in our home. God bless America! 🇺🇸 📈

Before you think you need to upgrade to a bigger home once you have 3 kids, know this. Just built a bunkbed for our 2 oldest (6 & 5). Their older cousin (9) came to sleep over last night. Woke up, and they were ALL sleeping in the top bunk, lol. Kids live on top of each other.

Everyone is always rooting for you. Your parents want you to be a great son. Wife wants you to be a great husband. Your boss wants you to be a slam dunk hire. Every first date you’ve ever been on they’ve been rooting for you to get laid. Every time you started to tell a joke people hoped it would have a hilarious punch line. Your proximity to anyone is a reflection of themself, meaning the deck is never stacked against you, and your failures are completely your own

That was a wild 24 hours. To make it easier to share in the future I'm going to turn the Pizza Doc into a website with a built in calculator. (This is my Saturday project...) That'll have my dough recipe, sauce recipe, links to what I use, tools I use as well (I'll try and hunt for an alternative to my Crofton Pans for y'all). Most of the questions were pretty good. Going to include the questions and answers along with some other specific tips that I taught my friends in person when I showed them how to make pizza. It's the things I wish I knew when I started making pizza around 2016 that would've saved me a lot of time and money. TL;DR go make some pizza this weekend.
Brandon Beery@NDominator

I ruined going out to eat for my family after I graduated from college in 2017. Because what I made tasted better, was cheaper, usually faster, and it didn't make us sick afterwards. The easiest win was pizza. I've made over a thousand pizzas since I graduated in 2017. It takes less than 5 minutes of work and you do something else for an hour while you wait for the dough to proof. You can make batches of dough and just have it chill out in your fridge for the week. My go to recipe is 300g water, 500g of bread flour, 12.5g of salt, 10g of sugar, 3-5g of yeast, and if you feel like it 20g of oil. That gets you 2- 14 to 16 inch pizzas or 4 personal size pizzas. The same dough can make a pretty good loaf of bread, bread sticks, calzones, stombolis, etc. Make your own food. It's 100x easier than you think.

The BIGGEST HACK to help you keep your calories in check if attending social events on the weekends: LOAD up on protein prior to the meal/event Go in already partially full Increase the likelihood you don’t splurge on a bunch of excess calories In addition, bring some on-the-go options with you You’d be surprised at how well this actually works

@DeanTTraining how do you maintain willpower in social settings? Example in my life. I track my food, eat meals that hit my macros, cut snack down 80-90 percent. But we hosted a birthday party an had a fire. So plenty of hot dogs and s’mores. I admit I ate more then I wanted

This meal I broke down has 8 ounces of chicken, 2 ounces of pasta, a slice of garlic bread and olive oil/pesto. That’s roughly 750 calories. Read the comments claiming I’m starving my family. This is why we are all so fat and need a shot to eat less. Gluttons.
Jason Helmes@anymanfitness

@uglydouche Pasta is $2 for 16 ounces, I used 8 ounces Garlic bread is 4 slices of bread from a loaf with some butter and garlic powder Pesto is 2 tablespoons from a jar that cost $6 Are you trolling?
