Really @British_Airways ??? I’ve had a case number since November 2024 and had no replies to any of my emails or phone calls , it’s just a refund for god sake , we are loyal customers .

My 1st time on @LNER train and I’ve got to say I’m impressed, comfortable, punctual and super clean, even the loo! You can even have refreshments delivered to your seat. Show the others how it’s done @LNER !
