@TSB very poor service. My Dad (77 year old and dyslexic) has had a TSB account for many decades. He was contacted this week to say there was suspicious activity on his account but he thought it might be a scam. He went to his local branch who said it was genuine...

...but said he would have to call. He had been provided with a "token" which was left in a voicemail message he didn't know how to access. So he couldn't get speak to the right team. He drove to see his daughter-in-law who sorted it. There was no suspicious activity. Crap.

@PUMA UK do narrow fit but not wide fit. Makes no sense: if you have narrow feet you can always tie them tighter. If you have wide feet you can't wear them comfortably. Do you realise it's not about being overweight? It's about your bones. I had wide feet even as a skinny kid.
