@dvandenbord @ConnorJBates_ @TedHZhang Hey guys, RKLB, not sure why it’s moving. My CANSLIM mistakes in the past is not buying stocks that have pulled back. I’m a breakout guy. Earnings are behind. Disclosure: I’m a holder from higher prices. Something to 👀

@Coach_Wagoner Ryan, I was on the same flight with you from Cincy to Orlando. You accurately documented the time line. We left the terminal at 12:45, rented a car and slept in a rest area 2 hours south of ATL on the way to Orlando. I’m wondering how you made out?
English

Understand @Delta can’t control weather, but they’ve botched the handling of it. Took off from Cincinnati and got within 30 min of Orlando to then hold for 1 hr in air due to storms before backtracking to Atlanta for fuel. They then switched us planes but hurried us onto 2nd…

Sold a few options today and now back in the hospital for treatment for the third infection since transplant. This one seems pretty serious but the transplant team is now in control. After 3 ultra sounds, a kidney biopsy and 8 labs in 10 days this is where I landed.
Wishing everyone a profitable rest of the week!

@OptionsSean @espn Regarding ESPN+, I’m with you. Why can’t the app “Favorite” a team so I can go right to it. The ESPN App on my phone lets me favorite. HBO Max is like this too. Great content but lousy customer interface.
English

It's entirely possible I'm a idiot, but for the life of me, I cannot figure out how to subscribe to ESPN+ so that I can stream out of market NHL games for the stretch run.
@espn why is this so hard?

@mwebster1971 Great work Mike. So many of us appreciate you, we need ya around. Keep going and thank you.

3 years ago today, on 3/2/23 I started my health journey
Initially quitting ALL alcohol, diet sodas, daily fast food, etc..COLD TURKEY really without a true plan…just an unbreakable desire to get healthy for my kids
As time went on I added more health protocols that I picked up from Andrew @hubermanlab & his guests. I regard him as a true National Treasure
I’m not going to lie…it’s been 3-LONG and hard years!
I’ve wanted to go back to old habits nearly every day…just keepin’ it real
During this time, I’ve been thrown the two of the hardest challenges of my life (plus a bunch of really hard ones) but I’ve stayed on my health journey…every day
At the start of my journey I was at least 80 pounds heavier (I never weighed myself at my worst) & couldn’t even walk up the steps to my house without getting out of breath.
How could this one time Div I long distance swimmer in perfect shape turn into a middle aged fat slob?
Well…I’d had the wrong “WHY” others might refer to it as motivation or goal.
I think of it this way…when trying to figure out if I should stay on the health journey or not…I ask myself WHY!!!
Why struggle…why not take the comfortable way out?
My “why” changed 3 years ago today…it became to get & stay as healthy as possible to be around for my kids.
Your why might be different…but you need to figure it out if you want to stay motivated
Sending this while on my typical 3 mile morning walk…something that would have been impossible just 3 years ago
FWIW I lost the 80+ pounds without any medication & stopped drinking overnight without AA or other support. That’s just me…if those things help you more than hurt you…go for it.
While it’s embarrassing to open up about this stuff…I’m doing so in hopes that it helps someone 🍀❤️🤘
For folks who drink…you might want to watch this episode

144 hours into my 7 day water & electrolyte only fast.
Well, the whole family is sick except me. Not sure if that is relevant. Not a lot of sleep last night but still feeling great.
Energy is good. Mental clarity is still far better. 24 hours to go and loving it.
Blood sugar: 72mg/dL
Urine ketones: under 6 mmol/L
Refeeding is the next step tomorrow. At 10 am I’ll have some bone broth with butter in it. A bit after lunch I will have some scrambled eggs. Then dinner is hibachi steak and veggies (no rice, sadly, going to stay in a relative carnivore/keto diet for the next few months at least).
Onward to 168 hours and the finish line!

120 hours into my 7 day water & electrolyte only fast. Still feeling great. Mental clarity and energy are both up. Not hungry at all. Love this part of the fast. Blood sugar: 71 mg/dL Urine ketones: back under 8 mmol/L My body is more efficient with ketosis now so, though I remain in ketosis, my urine ketones have dropped due to the efficiency. All is good! Onward to 144 hours!

@johnwelshtradez God bless John to you and your family. I’ve been a follower for a very long time. You seem like a good man.

@srobo1_ I bot QDTE in July and sold it in November. I ended”Full stop” in the tweet because I wanted to try and simplify the WHY of selling. Thanks for responding back. I see a lot of people on fintwit keep arguing FOR these products and I’m like “Am I an idiot? What am I missing?”

@CynicalPublius In St Marie Du Mont, where 101st landed, there is a bullet hole in the confession box where a German soldier was hiding out. He sneezed as the church was being cleaned by America soldiers. This is the story passed down.

📸SUNDAY NIGHT PHOTOGRAPHY TIMELINE CLEANSE📸
This is from inside the Cathedral of Our Lady of Bayeux in Bayeux, France.
Mrs. Dr. Publius and I spent some time touring Normandy, France a few summers ago. This is inside William the Conqueror's home church in Bayeux.
If you love history, I highly recommend visiting Normandy. Between the Bayeux Tapestry and the D-Day Beaches, the whole region is incredible. Plus the people are super nice to Americans. And the food is great. Have some Calvados.
(Getting a hotel in Bayeux is the smart move--it's geographically central to the whole D-Day region.
Don't miss the mannequin of Private John Steele hanging by his parachute from the church steeple in Sainte-Mère-Église. All the way.)

@karenfinerman Great thoughts Karen, you are always measured and grounded in logic. Appreciate your ideas and your sharing on this platform. Good health and wealth this year.

Once again it’s time to revisit the year, what worked, what didn’t. Given that I’m always long and a rising tide lifts all boats, this was a very good year. Let’s start with the winners because they are so much more fun than the losers. I’ll get to those, I promise. Oh & here is a photo of Jesse from our annual New Year’s Day walk.
