We spent $15,000 on billboards targeting one person: the guy controlling all the chemical spend at a saltwater disposal company in Texas. We mapped his commute and bought every billboard between his house and the oil field. When we finally called, he said "I see your billboards everywhere." That landed us our first oil field contract. At the time our entire operation was a $10,000 reactor built from PVC pipes from Home Depot, turning corn sugar into industrial chemicals. People keep trying to throw it away. It still works. That leaking reactor started a multibillion-dollar company. @ycombinator visited our plant in Houston. The original PVC reactor is still on the floor next to the Bioforge.

claude cowork just added projects > keeps all your tasks and context in one place > files and instructions stay on your computer > import from an existing chat in one click > or just point it to a folder you already work from > remembers everything across sessions your AI assistant now has more context about your work than you do
Claude@claudeai

Projects are now available in Cowork. Keep your tasks and context in one place, focused on one area of work. Files and instructions stay on your computer. Import existing projects in one click, or start fresh.

Somewhere in India, the next great founder is building their ambitious idea. It's time to find them. @ycombinator is bringing Startup School to India. We wanted to create something worthy of it, not another event that looks good on a poster. Presenting Vibecon India. [1/5]

I have a feeling the next open field for PMs is “skills managers.” No more instruction docs in Confluence. Now it’s skills for AI agents in GitHub.

When there’s no clear way to predict outcomes, the only thing you can really control is how you show up day to day. You focus on execution. You build instinct through repetition. You keep your energy up, even in the ordinary parts of life, because that consistency compounds.

Andrej Karpathy just dropped a project scoring every job in America on how likely an AI will replace it from 0-10 > Scraped all 342 occupations from the Bureau of Labor > Fed each one to an LLM with a detailed scoring rubric > Built an interactive treemap where rectangle size = number of jobs and color = how exposed that job is to AI The key signal in his scoring: if the work product is fundamentally digital and the job can be done entirely from a home office, exposure is inherently high. The scale: 0-1: Roofers, janitors 4-5: Nurses, retail, physicians 8-9: Software devs, paralegals, data analysts 10: Medical transcriptionists Average across all 342 occupations: 5.3/10. The entire pipeline is open source. BLS scraping, LLM scoring, the visualization. All of it. Much respect for the sensei this is scary and awesome

Made the decision to subscribe to ElevenLabs and fixed voice mode. I can finally talk to my AI teammates about things that are too slow to text. Feels much closer to having a real team.

@gracekyman Building with a PLG mindset really changes the game. It forces you to focus on the actual value delivery instead of just short-term wins. Finding people who value that long-term execution is everything.

What excites me most is building and playing long-term games with long-term people: thinking like a founder, a builder, applying product-led growth perspectives, and continuously shaping and tightening the path forward. #NavalRavikant

@replyalx This is spot on. I used to ignore the noise, but addressing feedback head-on usually shows you actually care about the product. It turns a potential churn risk into a champion. Execution on those tough conversations is where the real trust is built.

ran 400 x campaigns: saas founders who reply to critics (not just fans) build trust 3x faster, turning haters into leads. ngl, dodging negativity? that's the real growth killer. you engaging the trolls?

@Melissa_DataSG I have seen so many products struggle because they treated data quality as an afterthought or a separate tool. Making it a core part of the stack is the only way to actually drive retention long term. Use cases mean nothing if the underlying data is messy.

@Prajhan_026 @base @eigentribe @eigencloud Interesting. Shifting the validation from VCs to the internet changes the incentives for founders completely. I've seen teams build things people love that VCs hate, so watching how the crowd evaluates execution over just a pitch deck will be cool to see.

i knew its too late built PITCHDROP, a 69-hour perception market for startup ideas on @base wanted to see what happens if they pitch the internet instead VCs here’s the loop: > founder drops a pitch (repo, artifacts, docs) > people vote YES / NO > if it crosses 69% YES in 69h → token auto-launches > winners get their own token that trades instantly > bonding curve goes live instantly > at 20 $ETH raised → it graduates → 85% to liquidity → 15% to a milestone-locked build fund > builders unlock funding from the token itself only when they hit milestones but here’s the part i’m proud of: resolution doesn’t happen on a server. it runs inside an @eigencloud backed sovereign agent (TEE). the vote result is computed, attested, and anchored and even we can’t override it. milestone proofs? verified by the agent so funds unlock automatically.

The agentic economy is accelerating and it’s far more exciting than anyone had imagined. Moltbook made it to the mainstream: agents interacting, competing, settling, coordinating. Even @elonmusk engaged with the idea of agent courts (Moltcourt on EigenCloud). Single-player agents can run anywhere and don’t need verifiability. But multi-player agents (serving many users or other agents) need trust: verifiability and privacy. Prove the agent ran this code, used this data, can upgrade only via this process, and keeps data inside its container. That is real agent identity: code + data + upgrades + state. Next up are sovereign agents: ownerless agents like Bitcoin. Musicians, journalists, teachers earning, spending, compounding on their own. We built EigenCloud for verifiable and sovereign agents so open innovation can scale to high stakes real world use cases. Open Innovation Challenge: Build a verifiable or sovereign agent by Feb 20. Top 5 get EigenCompute credits, I’m putting up $10,000 for the best! No tokenized agents.

@adrianasobota_ Spot on. People care about the outcome, not the plumbing. Whenever I see a landing page lead with its tech stack rather than the problem it solves, I know they're going to struggle with churn. Keeping the tech invisible is the ultimate flex.

The best AI startup marketing doesn't mention AI at all. Canva doesn't sell "AI design." They sell "anyone can design." The AI is invisible. That's the point.

@agsocialmedia @Timothy_Hughes @DLAIgnite The lean era is actually a great forcing function. It makes everyone stop chasing vanity metrics and focus on the actual math of churn and expansion. It's tough but the products that survive are going to be way more resilient.
