I'm going to take a few beats and tell you why I dumped @amazon. At the end of March on a Sunday, a delivery driver threw our package at the door. A debacle ensued when my husband wanted to know why she threw it and she lied and said she hadn't....

So it's fine. I've been an @amazon customer for YEARS but I'm done. I managed to get in my mobile app and cancel Prime. I deleted the app from my phone. Best of luck to those of you who use it...I hope your drivers don't throw your packages and then call the police.

Such as why am I paying for a benefit I can't use...the response was it's standard process. No refund, no extension of the renewal date to compensate for the suspension...
