@SouthwestAir only allows ACTIVE military to board early. When I travel with them, like today, I ask gate agents & they often will let ANY military board early. But the agent today at @flyONT gave a fast "No, it's company policy, email the company if you don't like it"! Oh!! 😳

Amazing that there’s three guys paid to keep traffic moving at @flyONT tonight and literally had 5 cars parked at the curb for 5+ minutes what’s it going to take for this to actually get fixed? It cause so much congestion It’s a mix of ride share & passenger pick ups. @OntarioPD
