We have no excise taxes on speech or religion (both of which are constitutionally protected). Guns are also constitutionally protected, yet numerous blue states place excise taxes on them. James Madison would lose his mind.

In Tennessee, I am required by law to tell people 1 time to step back beyond 25 feet in times when I am conducting a traffic stop, investigation, or in times of a threat to public safety. I enforced that law today with someone saying they had the right to video as long as they were on a public sidewalk & refused to move back as I ordered them to do. They went to jail. I don't know why some people want to push the limits when they are ignorant of the law & when it applies and just wind up in trouble. Social media videos are getting a lot of people in a lot of messes.👮‍♂️🚔
