@AWRHawkins As has been said by many, the Founding Fathers would be stacking bodies like cordwood by now.
English

@AWRHawkins $400 for a permit is definitely unconstitutional. Did they charge for a permit in 1791?
English

@AWRHawkins We are winning back our rights slowly and agonizingly. But there still is a huge double standard on 2A vs the rest of the BOR. Tyrants keeping freedom down.
English

@AWRHawkins So would about 55 other framers of the constitution
English

@AWRHawkins Here in Colorado we are paying an additional 6.5% on guns and accessories
English

@AWRHawkins I think you and I are wasting our time on X, no one on here gives a Shit about firearms! Hardly any one likes or comments when you or anyone else posts about Guns and Gun Rights!
English

@AWRHawkins We are open to fighting this in Congress and in the Courts. Who wants to work with us? @GunFoundation @FPCAction @NRAILA @NRA
English

@AWRHawkins Why haven’t any gun or ammunition manufacturers challenged these taxes in court now that the Supreme Court ruled that bearing arms is an individual right?
English

@AWRHawkins The founders would lose their minds at all the bullshit anti 2A laws we deal/dealt with. NFA ‘34, ‘68 GCA, 4473’s, FFL’s entirely, Hughes ‘ 86, ‘89 ban, ‘94 AWB, State bans, waiting periods, ad nauseum.
English

@AWRHawkins @crarchie18972 There is a federal excise tax on firearms and ammunition.
English

@AWRHawkins You're onto something here. I say we tax people for saying stupid things. $20 tax for each occurrence. And then we send IRS agents to the Democratic Socialist convention to collect. We'd balance the budget in no time.
English

@AWRHawkins Pittman Robertson Act. Funds wildlife and habitat conservation and covers everything from ammo to fishing rods. Not just blue states but in all states. You obviously don’t hunt or fish, but those who do understand importance. Only tax I am happy to pay. Just bought first gun?
