@Petersbrooking why should something be put of reach for me, someone who works a minimum wage job and earns just above the UC threshold, but be provided for some lazy good for nothing who sits on their arse all day?

Lots of things are out of reach for people on benefits already. Fortunately going to the zoo or the Tower of London are not. What Steve actually means here is that *everything* should be out of reach for people on benefits. He doesn't want them anywhere.

@JossSheldon and when "the rich", who already contribute the majority of tax, decide to just up and leave for somewhere that doesn't tax them in such a punitive manner what then?

@fox_dren If you earn just above the limit for UC, you are not poor. I earn £4000 per annum with my little job. £3500 per annum with carers allowance. I am Actually POOR.

Yes, this is very fair. If you are angry that a family might be able to enjoy a day out to the Zoo, you are a miserable person and need to get a life, frankly.

@cezthesocialist I've been forwarding the price list so that more people know of the concessions who may have thought they couldn't afford it. Hopefully, they will go and enjoy themselves.
