Crazy scenes in the Casper Ruud and Roman Safiullin match at Roland Garros. He was leading 6-2 7-6 5-2 and also had FIVE match points. Now he’s struggling physically and had to see the doctor. Currently down 0-4 in the 4th. Wow.

Let’s be real: The devil is fine with you being saved… as long as you stay mentally defeated. Saved—but anxious. Saved—but insecure. Saved—but stuck. That’s why the helmet of salvation is non-negotiable. — Ephesians 6:17 Your mind is the target. “The mind governed by the Spirit is life and peace.” — Romans 8:6 If he can controls your thoughts, he controls your experience. But when your mind is rooted in truth? in God's Word, you have access to peace, joy, healing and authority in Christ.

I don’t know Jaden Ivey’s mental health status so I’m not going to speak to that, but this is certainly a tactic I have seen and it’s increasing. When @TimAlberta didn’t like my reporting or my book about left-wing infiltration into evangelical institutions, he claimed I was “wounded and unwell.” So unwell, in fact, he said people should not even say my name. A few days ago, I was disappointed to see @EWErickson use this same tactic in his dispute with @WilliamWolfe, claiming that he had heard from people that William is disturbed and has psychological problems, something he offered zero evidence for. I’m not interested in taking a dog by the ears and getting involved in their dispute, but given that this approach had been wielded against me, I recognized it immediately. (And I’ll say for the record, I have been disappointed in Erick’s behavior towards me on occasion. When I first published a story at Daily Wire criticizing evangelical leaders for their immigration activism, he accused me of “humping Trump’s leg.” I didn’t make an issue of it, but you can be sure I never forgot it because it was astonishing to me that this was how a public Christian would respond to my reporting. Not to disagree with me, but to make a crude sexual insult. So my point being this tactic of claiming that your enemy is not just wrong but psychologically unfit is increasing, and it is beneath the dignity of serious public debate.
Kyle Becker@kylenabecker

A Chicago sportcaster is smearing Jaden Ivey for his Christian-based criticism of Pride Month and says he needs "professional help." This is exactly what they did in the Soviet Union. If you disagreed with the Bolsheviks, you were called "crazy."

I don’t really understand the people shaming this guy for sharing his and his wife’s testimony, provided she was OK with him sharing. He wasn’t specific, just shared how the Lord redeemed her and what a godly wife and mom she is today. I’m gonna be honest, in a world in which we are constantly posting details about our lives, how Christ changed us is the most important information we can share. The world needs to hear—I was just like you once, and God saved me from that. which means he can save you too! Why wouldn’t we want to tell people that story?
Trevor Sheatz@TrevorSheatz

My wife was formerly promiscuous. I was a virgin. She was then radically born-again. Committed to church, evangelized constantly, Puritan books in her bedroom, prayer journals, grief over past sexual sin, etc. We got to know each other well for over a year, dated for four months, engaged for two and a half, and didn't sin sexually with one another. Our first kiss with each other was at the altar on our wedding day (reaction pic attached!). We've been married for over five years now, and she's been the most wonderful and godly wife, mother to our three children, and homemaker you could imagine. She's more pure than most virgins, as biblical purity has less to with past sins (though they certainly matter) and more to do with one's current posture of the heart and daily decisions to honor the Lord (Matt. 5:8). We're far too quick to forget the story of the woman labeled as a known "sinner" (likely a prostitute) in Luke 7:36-50 who was washing Jesus' feet with her tears while kissing them too. The Pharisees were shocked that Jesus let a public sinner do this. Jesus responded with a parable about debts being forgiven and ended with this powerful conclusion: "Her many sins have been forgiven; that’s why she loved much. But the one who is forgiven little, loves little" (Luke 7:47). Everyone seems to highlight the benefits of virginity, and it certainly is a blessing. But we forget to highlight the benefits of being forgiven much as well. My wife knows the depths of Jesus' forgiveness more than most people, enabling her to more easily live out a life of passionate love for her Savior. A woman or man's past sexual sin matters. But what matters far more when it comes to deciding who to marry is if the person is truly born again, if their repentance is real, if they truly have a heart for Christ, if they truly follow Jesus and obey his commands. "God has chosen what is foolish in the world to shame the wise, and God has chosen what is weak in the world to shame the strong. God has chosen what is insignificant and despised in the world — what is viewed as nothing — to bring to nothing what is viewed as something, so that no one may boast in his presence. It is from him that you are in Christ Jesus, who became wisdom from God for us — our righteousness, sanctification, and redemption, — in order that, as it is written: 'Let the one who boasts, boast in the Lord.'" (1 Cor. 1:27-31) "Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has passed away, and see, the new has come!" (2 Cor. 5:17)

I watched the film. The subtext, with the European vamps wanting to take their stories and their songs and the twist when protagonist starts reciting the Lord’s prayer, thinking it will give him some protection and then the irony when the vampire supposedly shows him that it’s a European religion imposed on black people. And so he has to break with his preacher father in order to create black culture.

If ethnicity exists at all, which it obviously does, then English is an ethnicity. This is a simple statement of fact. It is possible to be culturally English or French or Japanese, etc, but ethnically be different. The first is “software”, the other is “hardware”. This should not be license to be cruel or unfair to people of a different ethnicity. I believe we should be fair to all ethnicities, but not pretend that one or another does not exist.
Rupert Lowe MP@RupertLowe10

If I moved to Japan, and lived in Japan for decades, speaking the language, integrating into society, contributing to the economy. Would I be ethnically Japanese? No. No I would not. I would never pretend to be. Nor would that apply to India, Thailand, Mexico, Denmark or anywhere else. So why is England different? Of course there is an English ethnicity. I am entirely bemused by how so many argue against that. It’s just a fact. Politicians who say otherwise are cowards. This is painfully obvious. Restore Britain’s position is clear. English ethnicity exists - it’s the only sodding data point that the Government collects on anything. Of course someone who is not of that ethnicity can be British, obviously. But it equally does not mean that the English ethnicity is imaginary. Those two things can be true at the same time. I got in trouble years ago for suggesting that the footballer Paul Pogba was French, but not ethnically French. It’s insanity. That is just a factual position. Common sense, clearly. Separately, Restore Britain has said from the very start - owning a British passport does not make you British. We have seen how lazily those documents have been frittered away. Holding that piece of paper does not automatically make you British, we are very clear on that. Is the Egyptian lunatic Alaa Abd El-Fattah British? He has a passport. Restore Britain says NO. No, he is not and he should be stripped of that paper and deported. Being British encompasses so much more than that, it means so much more than that. It is not simply a piece of paper. It is culture, shared beliefs, patriotism, language, a common understanding of what is right and wrong. That has nothing to do with ethnicity, obviously. But for even daring to suggest that English ethnicity exists I’ll be roundly attacked. It is just a fact. Every other country in the world manages to acknowledge ethnicities exist without descending into hysteria. England should be able to do the same.

This woman said ‘fart n!gger’ out of frustration while doing home maintenance on her own property. The incident took place four years ago in 2022. She didn’t call anyone a n!gger. She didn’t use the word in any racial context. HGTV immediately cancelled Rehab Addict and removed all episodes. Her life has been completely destroyed. But people like Snoop Dogg can make music for decades glorifying ‘pimping’ women, advocating violence, promoting drug trafficking, and this mfer gets invited to the Super Bowl halftime show to ‘crip walk’ on live TV. I’m so over this sh!t. These people call us crackers, peckerwoods, honkey, etc. with complete impunity. • ‘Bend over for the goddamn cracker, no Vaseline.’ - Ice Cube • ‘Fight the power… and tell the crackers we’re sick of it.’ - Public Enemy • ‘Peckerwood beefin’ with me, they want my neck in a noose.’ - T.I. • ‘You probably a cracker, or a nigga that think he a cracker / Or maybe just don’t understand.’ - OutKast These people are the most coddled, fragile, and protected race on the planet. White people have been OPENLY demonized and victimized by blacks for decades. They gloat in it with ZERO consequence or reprisal. But as soon as someone says the dreaded no-no word under their breath while fixing a light fixture in their own home they lose their low IQ minds. Should HGTV have made her issue an apology to save face? Sure. Why not. F*ck it. Optics. I get it. ‘Hey my bad y’all. That sh!t came out of nowhere. lol. Whoops.’ But to destroy this woman’s entire career over ONE WORD is some fart n!gger sh!t. HGTV should change their name to FNTV.

'BORN FREE': Kid Rock gives his take on Bad Bunny headlining the Super Bowl halftime show after performing in Turning Point USA's dueling program. "To me, it was kind of just like another middle finger to conservatives." "I don't fault [Bad Bunny] for doing the Super Bowl and getting in front of a global audience. I fault the NFL for putting him in that position, you know, and Turning Point for having to come out and have an alternative for people to watch."

These are the most obscene lyrics ever to be performed at a Super Bowl half time. And you have professing Christians in the Kentucky senate and at America’s most recognized evangelical magazine saying Christians should have embraced and celebrated this to show love and to show that we are welcoming. Also, the kids would get a “kick” out of hearing this Spanish.
