Everyone is focused on Kharg Island. The one that very much matters right now is Larak Island. IRGC naval bases, port infrastructure, and control over ship screening. It functions as a choke point, effectively a toll booth and targeting hub inside the Strait.

The next time someone says "but but.. international law" Please show them this video of these China Maritime Militia vessels swarming Filipino fishermen inside the Philippines’ own Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ). The goal is to physically occupy space, block access, and intimidate local fishermen or resupply missions. In 2025, daily averages reached record highs of over 240 militia vessels across the South China Sea. The CCP doesn’t respect international law, tribunals, or sovereign waters. And it means nothing if no one is there to police it, and no credible deterrence exists.

Zur Klarstellung: Die Staatsanwaltschaft in Itzehoe hat das Verfahren nicht eingestellt, weil man unter Vorlage aller Beweise zu dem Schluss gekommen ist, dass nichts Strafbares vorliegt. Das Verfahren wurde eingestellt, weil Fernandes es versäumt hat, weitere angeforderte Unterlagen einzureichen. Das ist ein Unterschied, auch wenn es nicht ins ideologische Weltbild derer passt, die hier Fernandes der Lüge überführen wollen. Die Gründe, wieso Fernandes das angeforderte Material nicht eingereicht hat, können vielfältig sein. Ich habe auch schon Dinge angezeigt und dann nicht weiterverfolgen lassen, weil ich zu dem Schluss gekommen bin, dass es keinen Sinn macht, weil hier eh nichts vernünftig verfolgt wird. Collien Fernandes sagt ja selbst, dass Deutschland ein Täterparadies sei. Das sollten gerade jene, die sich seit Jahren über lasche Strafen für Sexualstraftäter beschweren, nicht in Abrede stellen. Vielleicht war die Anzeige ein Schnellschuss. Vielleicht hat sie da schon den Entschluss gefasst, die Sache in Spanien verfolgen zu lassen, wo die Gesetzgebung restriktiver ist und sah keine Notwendigkeit mehr, dass hier noch weiter verfolgen zu lassen. Es gibt zig Gründe, warum sie damals die Unterlagen nicht eingereicht und das Ganze hat im Sande verlaufen lassen. Das ist kein Beweis dafür, dass er die Dinge nicht getan hat, die ihm vorgeworfen werden.
