the NZ data suggests that the 2nd jab for teens resulted in around 12 extra cases of myocarditis - none severe in return, we avoided many severe COVID cases and possibly deaths- *including less myocarditis* because having COVID causes more myocarditis than the vaccine does.
Clint Smith@ClintVSmith

it's very strange that, in the middle of the world's worst energy crisis in half a century, the government's focus is on when the leader of the opposition received a paper about covid vaccine for teenagers - something that has manifestly been not only fine, but a huge positive.

Claude Code + computer use is f*cking cracked 🤯 Build a landing page → Claude opens Chrome, looks at it, spots every issue, and fixes it — without you describing a single thing. All inside Claude Code. Perfect for DTC brands and agencies who are still vibe-coding landing pages and advertorials in Claude Code, then manually opening them in Chrome, spotting 15 things wrong, and describing every visual issue back to Claude one at a time. If you're building pages in Claude Code and your workflow looks like this — build the page, open it in Chrome, spot broken spacing, go back to Claude, type "the CTA button is too low and the hero image is cut off," wait for the fix, open Chrome again, find 3 new issues, describe those too ... Claude Code + computer use eliminates the entire loop: → Claude writes the full landing page or advertorial → Opens Chrome and navigates to it → Spots layout issues, broken spacing, off-brand colors, missing elements → Fixes everything and re-checks until the page looks right → Tests your Shopify product pages by clicking through like a real customer → Walks through your checkout flow and flags friction before customers hit it → You only see the finished, visually verified result No describing what you see on screen. No "the CTA button needs more contrast" back-and-forth. No being the eyeballs for an AI that can't see. What you get: → Landing pages and advertorials Claude builds AND visually QAs before you ever look at them → Product pages Claude clicks through — testing layout, images, and CTAs like a real user → HTML dashboards Claude opens and verifies the charts actually render → Checkout flows Claude walks through step by step to catch friction → All of it happening in one session — build, test, fix, done One prompt. Claude builds it, checks it, and fixes it. You just review the finished page. I put together a full playbook with the exact setup, the prompts, and 5 DTC workflows that use Claude Code + computer use. @MoTownPhenom You were definitely done a bit dirty in that return fight. Did you know much about him? And one fight deal was sort of lame eh.

I beat Chiesa in his most high profile fight in the first round. He got a hero’s send off in the UFC, fought another retiring fighter in his hometown, mom wife everybody there to watch his life story. My last fight in UFC was on the prelim of an Apex Card during Covid against an undefeated up and coming Russian. Chiesa tried to fight me in the locker room before the fight I didn’t say a word. Yeah, I’m down here in New Zealand where it’s kind of like little Britain. We’ve got all the crap too, and the food is overall slowly getting better, but we’ve got all those little crappy cafés as well, which I have a soft spot for. But I grew up in New England in Vermont, where the hippies are like mad scientists with everything including food.

@franfrost @SandyofCthulhu Yes. I mean there's still crap takeaway food and cafes (which are an acquired taste) but every restaurant where I live is excellent and the pub food is much much better. Before 2000 is was pretty awful but it's been on the uptick since then. youtube.com/shorts/lnNDXIg…

Here’s the sad truth. British food was ranked one of the great world cuisines in the 1800s. Actual snooty French chefs said British food was the best. It was destroyed by WW1, when it was made patriotic to eat crappy. Between the wars it really didn’t recover much, but then the rationing & privations of WW2 pretty much did it in. It has slowly improved since the 60s but it still has a long way to go. They went from Beef Wellington to mushy peas. I’ve spent plenty of time in Britain and yeah you can find some decent food, but it’s no wonder they’re hooked on Indo-Pak cuisine.

"British food bad" is just the biggest anti-White psyop ever, people have no idea what "British food" even is because its been adopted by so much of the world that people don't even recognize it as British in origin. Americans in particular are especially clueless about this

Claude Cowork + Google Ads is f*cking cracked 🤯 Set up once → ask Claude questions like: "What's driving my CPA spike this week?" "Which search terms are wasting budget?" "Run a full account audit and tell me the top 5 things to fix." All inside Claude Cowork. Perfect for DTC brands and agencies running Google Ads who are still pulling reports manually, digging through search term reports, and trying to figure out where budget is leaking. Claude Cowork eliminates the entire loop: → Connects to your live Google Ads data via MCP → Runs a full account audit across campaigns, ad groups, and keywords → Finds wasted spend — search terms burning budget that aren't converting → Analyzes quality scores and flags what's dragging them down → Detects anomalies — CPA spikes, CTR drops, budget pacing issues → Generates a prioritized action list: what to pause, what to scale, what to test → Writes a weekly performance report in plain English, not spreadsheet noise No logging into Google Ads and staring at columns. No exporting CSVs and rebuilding pivot tables every Monday. No guessing which search terms to negate. What you get: → 21 specialized Google Ads skills that plug into Claude → Full account audits in minutes, not hours → Negative keyword discovery on autopilot → Search term mining that surfaces hidden winners and budget waste → Quality score analysis with specific fix recommendations → Weekly reports your clients or team can actually read I put together the full skill pack: All 21 Google Ads skills for Claude, plus the setup guide to get Cowork connected to your accounts. @DominicHailsto1 I love it, and sorry to Gary Oldman but he’s better in The Fifth Element playing H. Ross Perot than most of the films he’s been in. It’s like reading a Ranxerox comic, with Willis as a perfect Ranxerox and Milla as Lubna. But we can still be friends.

I hate the fifth element. Like nails down a chalkboard. We talked about loathing this nonsense for weeks at work. I'm just glad Willis and Oldman agree. The only film I've seen that was possibly worse was The Fall Guy.

Oh no! - I saw a guy on here the other day that bought a second hand parking lot/road line painter and put some posts on Marketplace then went out and found other landlords and businesses with shitty parking lot lines and it’s turned into a really nice business for him. That’s not a terrible idea.

BREAKING NEWS: Most parents just BUY their kids play stuff and watch from the couch... We handed our kids real tools and said: “Let’s build this zipline TOGETHER.” They dug, measured, fixed every wobble, and felt the win themselves. Result? Kids who are suddenly MORE CONFIDENT, CAPABLE, and actually THRILLED by real challenges instead of screens!

Claude Code + Nano Banana 2 is f*cking cracked 🤯 I built a system inside Claude Code that researches any brand, writes 40 ad prompts from scratch, and fires them all to Nano Banana 2. One brand name + one URL = 40 production-ready static ads. All inside Claude Code. I took @alexgoughcooper's brilliant framework and automated the whole thing inside Claude Code. Perfect for DTC brands and agencies who need high-volume ad creative without briefing a designer or spending hours in Canva. If you're finding winning ad concepts on Meta and manually recreating them one at a time in Higgsfield — copying prompts, pasting product details, tweaking aspect ratios, downloading, organizing... This system eliminates the entire loop: → Give Claude a brand name and URL → It researches the brand's fonts, colors, packaging, and photography style → Builds a Brand DNA document from scratch → Fills in Alex's 40 proven ad templates (headline, us vs them, testimonial, UGC, review cards, stat callouts) with brand-specific details → Fires every prompt to Nano Banana 2 with your product photos as reference → Downloads finished ads into organized folders with an HTML gallery No Higgsfield. No manual prompt filling. No copy-pasting between tools. What you get: → 40 ad formats filled with your exact brand colors, fonts, and copy → 4 variations per format so you pick the best output → Product photos passed as reference so the model matches your real packaging → A reusable system — new brand, new folder, same pipeline Built 100% in Claude Code with Nano Banana 2. I put together a full playbook & Loom video showing the exact process to set this up yourself.
