@jayhemz @_W3Danny @ayinde21 I have never doubted the quality of talent in Nigeria. I remember chatting with a group of guys from OAU during my last visit there and couldn’t believe how vast they were in Machine Learning. I was like, "Damn, that was incredible."
One thing you'll give to the White Man that no other race has, is the ability to SEE value. They have out-of-world agency and intuition. That's really what makes them special. A White Man football scout can go to a village in Ankpa, Kogi State, and see how a child that has not eaten for 3 days kicked a ball, and send an emergency message to his staff in Europe, that they've found the next talent for their football team. A Nigerian in that same Ankpa, will tell the Igala boy, "nack the ball like this na, you no even sabi shoot shot", while the white man has seen an Ozil. He doesn't expect Ozil to shoot like Carlos, but he knows that if his team has Ronaldo, Ozil will be a super addition. Now look at this comment, what do you notice? MOST Nigerian employers will disqualify this candidate on the basis of Kogi State University. NOT Google. This made me sad lowkey bruh.
