@Not_the_Bee Has she heard of rap music? The Odyssey is kinda like rap music, I hear

Kenyan actress hired to play Helen of Troy had never heard of "The Odyssey" (she has a master's from Yale)

@JimJumJam611 That's the funniest part. The automakers didn't even bother to move the jobs elsewhere, because the welfare they pocketed was intended to build EV's that nobody actually wants to buy in the first place. To spin $30B+ in money laundering as some sort of power move is delusional
English

@freedomstoopid Where did those automakers plan to move too? Was it Alberta or somewhere in the third world where labour is cheaper? Also you know that is an example 0f Ontario being economically able to make moves like that.
English

@JimJumJam611 Ontario? The province where they give auto manufacturers $15 billion dollar bribes and it's still not enough to make it economically feasible for them to operate there?
English

@freedomstoopid Alberta is funny. I think Ontario is the most economic province by far but hey you have a few foreigners who own your oil.
English

@freedomstoopid Name me one other “economic powerhouse” with zero ocean access?

Car-dependent suburbs were created because it is illegal to control the space outside your house & your car, so people demanded big houses & yards connected to everything they needed by car 100% of the way

Your CITY is NOT "walkable" until it is safe enough for an UNACCOMPANIED elementary schooler to take the shoelace express from city limits to downtown. If it's not walkable for an 8 year old child, it's not walkable at all. Is this standard too high for you? Too difficult?

@FoodProfessor I understand how shifting the cost of recycling onto food companies will increase their costs.
What I don't understand is how lifting the cost of recycling from the government didn't reduce their budgets or my tax burden.
English

Did you know that recent changes to recycling rules are quietly making your food more expensive? Here’s why.
It’s called EPR — Extended Producer Responsibility.
Under EPR programs, companies are now paying much more to recycle packaging and manage waste. Those added costs don’t just disappear. They move through the supply chain and eventually show up at the checkout counter.
Few people are talking about it, but recycling policy is becoming another permanent cost layer in our food system.

@RealDrJaneRuby @Non_MSM_News Is it Qatar? It's probably Qatar. It's always Qatar.

@libertynow73 @KMLOnt Anyone who receives a government paycheque should be barred from voting. They'll only ever vote for bigger psycheques

@KMLOnt Anyone receiving a ‘government paycheck’ is receiving stolen property.
Taxation is theft.

Government ‘jobs’ are jokes at our expense and most do no good at all.
