@heavensbvnny I just decided not to be that way. Started working out, eating Whole Foods, quit drinking, reading the Bible. Godshowed me my worth. After that I knew I had a purpose and that he would show me the way. Depression and anxiety gone. Something I’ve suffered a long time. Gone!
