@AsdaServiceTeam To be fair, it *was* the correct address when I booked and I couldn't have known at the time that my house move would be brought forward. I currently have a recurring slot: can this be used for orders to my new address in the future or have I lost that as well?

@asda I've a grocery delivery booked for 23rd Dec but just found out I have to move on 18th Dec.I'm only moving a mile away but I can't change the delivery address.Is there anything I can do?There're no other delivery or Click&Collect spots available :(

@AsdaServiceTeam But it's the same delivery area and there are no slots available to swap to. I'm carer for my clinically vulnerable parents and can't risk going to the store. Is there really no other option than to stand outside my old address to wait for delivery?

@friendofthewolf Hi there, once an order is placed then the address can't be changed as it could be that a different store covers the new area you have moved to. You would need to cancel and re-order to the new address - Andy
