@AskFrontier Hello, please help. Remote worker trying to get my service installed since July 1. I’ve called many times but the reps tell me that they’re waiting on a ‘3rd party contractor’ to complete the ground work before install and that the contractor will reach out to me.

@FrontierCorp another outage for an entire day with no information provided. Chat says it’s an internal switch at your central office but you provide zero information to customers. 4 outages in 3 months for me.

@AskFrontier @FrontierCorp Hey I was scheduled for an installation today from 8–12, then it was pushed to 1–5 due to delays. It’s now past 5 and no technician has shown up. I wasted my entire day waiting. This is unacceptable. Can someone please make this right?

Anyone have phone issues with @FrontierCorp ? They are the only phone company in my mom’s area. It goes out for days at a time every month. She’s in her 70s and I’m always worried she’ll have an emergency when it’s out.
