.@FrontierCorp Is the single worst internet provider of all time. I've had major connection and speed issues. They refuse to actually deal with it. Talking to an agent was less than useful. Every single time I go out to do the tests they ask for (because they refuse to send tech) they close the fucking chat on me. I am so done with that company. 0/10 you're literally better off with any other internet provider.

Hey @FrontierCorp we are Now going into our 4th day of no Internet and almost no information. There was no notice of an upcoming outage. When we notified tech support we were told it would be three day outage with NO explanation. Now still no joy 17 hours after est recovery.

@FrontierCorp I’ve been without internet. Support confirmed my ONT has signal but is not assigning an IP to my router. My account shows copper instead of fiber. I now have to wait days for a tech. This needs escalation ASAP.

@FrontierCorp What's the point? Y'all are always sending a tech out to look at it on Monday. I'm just wondering why I might be charged if they find a fault inside the home for services that haven't worked for more than 5 minutes at a time since it was installed yesterday?

@FrontierCorp been without Internet all morning. App says no outages in area, but tons of reports of such on Ring and elsewhere. Chat support option is useless. And been on hold for an hour and a half waiting to speak to an actual person. Quite ridiculous. How can I work?!?!
