The four staffers responsible for the terrible Tweets coming from this account were fired yesterday but I have been asked to name names. I will not give their full names out of respect to their families, but it was Ronnie, Bobby, Ricky, and Mike. I take full responsibility for losing control of the situation despite several of my friends telling me it was a real danger if I did not watch out.

Consensus Miami 2026 summed up: Alpha Beta beats Tri-Lambda in real life. DeFi taken over by bankers (for now). Can't say I feel sorry for the #nerds considering the amount of nonsense they focused on and excluded people when they had a chance to build an open, accountable financial system. It's not over, but some of you dorks made it way more difficult than it needs to be.

THIS GUY BUILT AN ENTIRE WIKIPEDIA THAT IS 100% AI HALLUCINATIONS AND IT'S OPEN SOURCE ON GITHUB it's called Halupedia. nothing on the site existed before you clicked. every article was generated the second you arrived. the site has one rule: the universe only exists when you visit it. it looks exactly like wikipedia. same fonts. same layout. same scholarly citations. same "stumble" button for random articles. the only difference is none of it is real. here are some actual articles currently in the encyclopedia: > the great pigeon census of 1887 > the ministry of slightly wrong maps > chaldic arithmetic — a branch of mathematics where subtraction is forbidden > armund the river mapper — a cartographer who mapped 14,000 leagues of river without leaving his chair > the society for the prevention of unnecessary tuesdays every article page also tells you how many people are reading it right now. it says: "you alone are consulting this folio at present." the creator's own tagline for the site is the most unhinged sentence i've read this year: "an encyclopedia of a universe that does not exist until you visit it" the entire backend is a single open source repo called vibeserver. one guy. one description on github: "a little webserver making things up just in time." we built the largest knowledge base in human history and the very first thing a guy did with it was make a hallucinated mirror universe and put it on the open web. the internet is healing.

The @DogeOS ecosystems are growing rapidly. While DogeOS is prepping for the ecosystems' DApps, the fighters at @TheDogeOH are working tirelessly to protect the culture and onboard new users to use the DApps through tutorials, videos, memes, articles, IRL promo, etc. gWoof!

Happy “Flying Pizza” Day if you’re observing it… 19 years ago today. April 16, 2007, Marathon Day, a fan at Fenway Park chucked a slice of 🍕 at another fan. It was a custom job.

In 18 months, this set of capabilities will seem quaint. Restricting access to it is only going to coalesce the shock in the future.

Today marks my last day as CEO of Overtime. It has been ten years since we started Overtime and it has been one of the most fun, crazy and rewarding experiences of my life. I was 50 years old when we started. Ten years later, I am turning 60. The life changes are not lost on me, especially after my mother passed a little over a year ago. TicketWeb at the beginning of the dot com technology boom… to Draw Something around the explosion of the iPhone… to Overtime at the emergence of the creator economy. What a ride. Over the last few months I have spent more and more of my time writing code and getting back to building. The power of AI is transformational and exciting, in code and in data. This feels like one of those times… Overtime has great leadership who have been at the company through its growth and have the power and dedication to see it through. It will continue to do incredible work and change the landscape of sports. I will never get tired of seeing a kid in an Overtime hoodie. I will be embarking on my own journey and also cheering from the sidelines. Thank you to all the people, athletes and partners of Overtime, and thank you to the fans. Thank you to Kevin Ollie for teaching me so much about basketball and about life. Thank you to Melanie for your undying support and for being my ride or die through all of it. Thank you to Joshua and Miles for recognizing the irony that your dad has almost no vertical, but worked in basketball. And Tallulah, I am so proud of you and how much you have grown. I love all of you so much. And shoutout to Overtime! Dan

@pmarca Seriously - the fix is to: a. Not shut down nuclear plants and b. Open nuclear plants. You can’t windmill your way out of this, Europe.
