I don’t view it as a pie it’s more like attrition … it’s like if you have a car engine thats over heating, you compensate by adding coolant ever so often, at some point the coolant gonna stop working, and the engine gonna fail. The rocket’s engine been hot, the coolant ain’t working no more.. the car on the feeder of i10 with smoke coming out

I apply the Donebedian model to how I see basketball Structure: Player and coaching talent/philosophy Process: System/Plays/Play Style Outcomes: Good basketball Rockets have are bad at the structural level largely due to the roster construction and injuries.. you can adjust your processes (we haven’t) by tweaking play style but at some point the structural weakness will be too much to overcome.. they need better players at key positions
