Trump: "You know who else didn't help us? South Korea didn't help us. We've got 45,000 soldiers in South Korea to protect them from Kim Jong Un, who I get along with very well. He said very nice things about me. He used to call Joe Biden a mentally retarded person."

@MyronGainesX @louistheroux Did you cry when she left you bro? You looked sad. No shame in it, it must be tough thinking you had something then throwing it all away. Sure the money is worth it.

Hey, @louistheroux, why did you edit out this context critical part from the Netflix documentary? Was it because it shows my ex accepted my one-way polygamous relationship which blows up the narrative you tried to spin in the "documentary"? This is JUST 1 of many clips I have proving your deceptive "journalism". You’re a liar with an agenda, and it’s time for you to be exposed.

@adamndsmith Making them legal means more have access to them, and increases consumption of them. This negatively affects society by increasing consumption by people who would not have done so previously, and results in people becoming addicted in the same way people become alcoholics.

Having a memory is illegal in Britain. Teachers, and parents, in 2005: “children should learn about drugs when they’re about 9 or 10, in primary school” The Green Party, in 2026: “children should learn about drugs when they’re about 9 or 10, in primary school” And people are screaming that this is controversial, lying that the Green Party will teach your 4 year-old to take cocaine. And they think people are stupid enough to believe them.

The time Mick Lynch called the Lab candidate in Islington North "a private health profiteer" & Mandelson told him thats a nasty & disgraceful thing to say & a complete untruth The host then interjects "he's an entrepreneur who's made money in private healthcare" Mick: "Exactly"

@fthpices @SpringfieldJak @SaulStaniforth All private healthcare businesses "extract profit". That's their job. If you want to criticize what this person has done specifically then do so. Just make vague insinuations about them working in private healthcare when you fully concede that isn't necessarily a bad thing.

@fthpices @SpringfieldJak @SaulStaniforth I think it's a good point to make that you can't immediately assume everyone that works in the for profit part of the healthcare industry is an untouchable who must never be considered for public office, yes.

Not sure why people can’t comprehend how student loan/debt should be treated as a scandal. Most of us were TOLD at school…. When we were CHILDREN, you’ll get a loan which will have minimal impact on you, don’t worry about it too much, just apply on UCAS and hope for the best. No one told us about the increase of crippling interest, how it will affect your ability to buy a house and your general take home income, with little hope of paying it off….. No one thought …. Let’s ensure these financial products are fully understood by these bunch of KIDS who have never even had a credit card or an overdraft in life. How can people understand misselling for car loans, Accident claims, loans sharks, but not this??

Someone on a trading floor just messaged “The Burnham angle to the Gwynne story was very interesting for markets as we saw a sudden sell off in GBP and gilts. Nothing huge in real terms but it certainly confirmed how the market would react to Burnham potentially having a pathway into Parliament and then putting in a leadership challenge. “The underlying political risk view for markets is that as bad as Starmer and Reeves may be, there's potentially something worse waiting in the wings, of which Burnham is but one.”

I figured someone would post something like this, misunderstanding my meaning. How many countries in Europe does it take to equal the land mass of the USA (lower 48 states)? For example, how many kilometers does it take to go from, say, Munich, Germany to Florence, Italy? If I drive the same distance in the USA, say in the Midwest, I'm still in the Midwest. Lol So its not as simple or easy to just hop a train and quickly be in another country, be exposed to distinctive language and culture...so as to be "international."

I don't hate Europe. But having lived over there, alot of Europeans dislike if not hate Americans, that is, other than their tourist dollars. It was like I would often be accosted and expected to give an answer as to why my US Govt was doing such and such, as if I had a direct line to the President. So many times I'd get lectured at about it despite my never bringing up politics. One thing you'll find is that they are much more focused on the USA than we are on them, to the point that they feel insulted that you don't pay attention to things outside the USA. What many of them do not realize is the USA to some extent lives in a Media bubble and doesn't get too much international news unless you search for it. They also don't realize that the USA is much bigger land mass than Europe, so its not like we can easily hop a train and travel to other countries and cultures that easily. Though I love the history, cultures, and landscapes in Europe, especially the Alps (which in my opinion are way more beautiful than our Rockies), nevertheless, I honestly don't have any desire to return given the reasons I stated above. Tiresome. Though again, I met some people who were wonderful exceptions--who could rise above politics and just see you as a unique person and not just an American. But they were the exception.

@christopherhope Hey grok why can't the uk government trust someone with zero diplomatic experience, who is allegedlly on Putin's payroll and has history of selling out the country he claims to be a patriot of, with "de-escalating the Greenland crisis"

LATEST Reform UK leader Nigel Farage is today in Davos, at USA House, meeting members of the Trump administration, perhaps President Trump himself. He tells me NO ONE from HM Government has reached out to him to ask if he can de-escalate the Greenland crisis in the national interest. This seems to me to be self-defeating by Sir Keir Starmer and his team. @GBNEWS
