BREAKING NEWS Reports from Cameroon indicate that two members of the Cameroonian armed forces, who were reportedly trained by United States special forces, have been neutralized in Bamenda, Northern Ambazonia, by the Ambazonia Special Forces. This incident comes at a time when the President of Ambazonia, Dr. Cho Ayaba, is currently imprisoned in Norway, Europe, following his calls for the decolonization of the oil-rich Ambazonia nation. He has accused Britain and France of using Cameroon as a proxy to continue colonial control over the region. It is important to note that Ambazonia gained independence from British colonial rule in 1961, one year after neighboring French Cameroon was granted conditional independence from France in 1960. Since then, Cameroon has been ruled by only two presidents, both widely viewed as having been appointed with French influence. The current president, Paul Biya, now 95 years old, is reportedly governing from his sickbed in Switzerland, while the French Embassy in Cameroon is said to manage state affairs and report directly to France. The two Cameroonian soldiers k!illed in Ambazonia were aged 20 and 19 and were reportedly married, with families from the Garua region in northern Cameroon. Pan-Africanist leader Professor Lumumba has also called on Cameroon to stop allowing itself to be used by Western powers to colonize Ambazonia. He urged the Cameroonian government to withdraw its troops, make peace with Ambazonia, and work toward African unity by ending the nine-year-long conflict.
