עכשיו התעקשה שהיא זו שתגבה מג׳ את התצהיר ולא ועדת גרוניס (ועדה בראשות נשיא העליון בדימוס, כן?)
איכשהו פתאום מאותו תיאום של הכנת תצהיר - נוצר פתאום מידע סודי שיש להגישו בדחיפות לשופטי בג״ץ במעטפה סגורה, ושהדיון יתקיים בדלתיים סגורות.
זוכרים שאותה פרקטיקה בדיוק הייתה בעניין רואי כחלון?
בסיום הדיון ממש, משום מקום, לאחר שהשופטים הבהירו שהם לא עומדים לקבל את עמדת היועמ״שית בעניין מינוי כחלון למ״מ נציב שירות המדינה - נציגת היועמ״שית הודיעה לפתע שנפתחה בדיקה משמעתית בעניינו של כחלון בהוראת היועמ״שית.
הזזת השער והמשחקים המלוכלכים של בהרב מיארה ולימון הם משהו חמור בעיניי (וזה ממש לא קשור לשאלה האם גופמן מתאים או לא מתאים והאם כחלון עומד בקריטריונים או לא).

למרות שאנחנו מכירים כבר הרבה שנים, אינני יודע מה דעותיו הפוליטיות. אני כן יודע שהתיוג שלו כ״קפלניסט״ הוא תיוג מופרך ולא קשור למציאות. יותר מזה לא אכתוב.
שמעתי עליו לאורך השנים רק דברים טובים מכל קצוות הקשת, ובמיוחד מאיזורי עוצמה יהודית והליכוד.
קטעים ערוכים של ראיון שהעניק ופורסם כחלק מכתבה ב״זמן אמת״ לדעתי יצרו מצג שלא משקף נכונה את דעותיו.
בעקבות כך, הצעתי לו להתראיין בהרחבה לראיון של שעה כדי לתקן את הרושם הזה. עו״ד ליבנה שמח בכך.
הראיון הזה כבר לא ייצא לפועל, עקב מינויו למ״מ מנכ״ל ועדת הבחירות.
