@galeof86 @SkyNews That's how it's done in America. Non consecutive terms are counted as separate terms. As I said only one President has so far served two non con terms, Trump might well be the second It's the same for many gubernatorial offices as well

@acotswoldvoice @SkyNews It’s not law it’s a strange traditional thing. If Trump is elected he will be 45th President. If you don’t count consecutive terms as 2 separate presidency’s then why would you count non-consecutive terms?

@galeof86 @SkyNews As far as I know each president is counted separately. Grover Cleveland was the 22nd and 24th president. Therefore Trump(President 45) would become the 47th given it would be a non-consecutive term So under US law whoever wins becomes the 47th president.

Offshore secrecy is a huge problem. It enables tax avoidance, sanctions-busting, dodgy PPE suppliers and drug cartels. We've a new proposal to end it, forever.

@DanNeidle I thought FATCA and CRS provided the relevant tax authority with everything they need? And then should say the UK need more info they can request to see beneficial owners registers (pretty sure that is the case in Jersey and Guernsey). So aren’t the right people getting the info?
