We've downgraded our Thai cane forecast for 2023/24 from 74m tonnes to 66.5m tonnes. Thailand harvested 93m tonnes cane in 2022/23 so this is a major decline year on year. The weather has been seriously dry in some cane regions and newly planted cane isn't coping.
