@sacjai So true. One example- In this centennial year of the discovery of insulin, Banting and McLeod got the Nobel prize but couldn’t have achieved the discovery without Best and Collip; in fact many others who made the fundamental discoveries before them.

When we pause life to celebrate individual performance, we must always pause to ask—“who else?”—for rarely do individuals accomplish anything alone. Behind most every individual accomplishment is a team, usually hidden, likely deserving of similar acclaim—or more.
