@SnapfishUK my order was delivered to a locker but I have no locker pass code provided on tracking page. DPD asked me to contact you to raise an investigation. I can't seem to get past the useless bot on your support page.

@RoosterBob64 One of these: — Omega 2998-4 (or any vintage 39mm Speedy) — Patek 2551 with Disco Volante case — Patek 3418 with 12-400 AM movement — Maybe a vintage Cartier Normale

rolex makes objectively good watches, but the brand is so closely associated with a kind of status-obsessed braggart who's constantly assessing other people's social positions that it's hard to get into their watches. spiritually painful.

As a country, we need to stop judging decisions by if the proper process was followed but by if the correct outcome was achieved. Individual judgement, reliant on brains and education needs to return, with accountability for failure.

@cathyrivlino @SamCoatesSky The point is Starmer appointed someone unsuitable. There are process checks and balances in system and he chose to ignore them. Then blame people when it went wrong.

@SamCoatesSky You lot , honestly , getting over excited about the tiniest irrelevance when most of the country are concerned about important stuff that’s affecting our lives , we are getting bored of it to say the least and you all look like a bunch of sixthformers with not enough to do

🔥NEW - buried in the bundle of documents from the Humble Address Keir Starmer was advised by the cabinet secretary Simon Case to do security clearance BEFORE appointment but ignored the suggestion. Case said (If you want a political appointment) "you should give us the name of the person you would like to appoint and we will develop a plan for them to acquire the necessary security clearances and do due diligence on any potential Conflicts of Interest or other issues of which you should be aware *before* confirming you choice" Which feels quite material .....

@DPJHodges The problem is this, and recent, governments believe if the proper process is followed the outcome cannot be questioned. Individual judgement (which could be biased) must be removed. This is of course bollocks and just an exercise in removing accountability.

Now a major problem with both No.10 and Robbins accounts. Robbins says he could only report the final result of the vetting. But No.10 are saying they didn't ask about that, but repeatedly asked whether issues arose during the process. So what did Robbins do? Literally just lie?

@p1nkempress_ @TerribleMaps Yeah. I know gravity goes “in” rather than “down” but the earth looks too heavy, an unsteady equilibrium ready to flick over.

It's astonishing how many people are very angry that British people in London are proving a free, volunteer ambulance service for the local community.

@WarMonitor3 And why is Sri Lanka not telling this ship to get out of their port and don't come back they don't want them there. They should be pushing the Iranian ship out to international Waters forcing them out of their port

@RossKempsell Starmer is going to end up keeping Chagos despite his best efforts but losing Cyprus to the Greek air force.

MoD confirmed overnight that the Iranian drone which hit RAF Akrotiri on Saturday night actually hit a structure on the airbase. So this was a direct attack not on the airfield as Yvette Cooper said on broadcast, but on the airbase The Sun reported (unconfirmed) that this hangar houses US U2 spy planes and the drone is Shahed type Had a Type-45 destroyer been present off Cyprus or had more sophisticated GBAD been deployed this drone could possibly have been interdicted. Type-45s have powerful SAMPSON radar Reminder - there is no UK sea-based defence of Akrotiri until at least the end of next week. HMS Dragon has not yet sailed This structure is very close to accommodation for British service personnel who have the right to expect better force protection No wonder the Americans and Cypriots are somewhat put out Starmer is incredibly dangerous - his primary responsibility is to take leadership to ensure the defence of the realm - the fact he is not is a dereliction of duty [picture @TheSun]

The $599 MacBook Neo (8GB/256GB) just proved that Apple's iPad accessories are overpriced. To get that same 256GB storage on a base iPad, you're at $449 (and a slower chip). Add the $249 Keyboard Folio to match the Mac's form factor, and you're paying $698. We used to ask if an iPad could replace a laptop. Now the real question is: why does replacing a laptop with an iPad cost $100 more?

On the left, you have Iranian women who are removing their hijabs and dancing in the middle of Tehran. On the right, you have protesters in Parliament Square in London, against the U.S. attacks on the Iranian regime. A striking difference.
