UNPOPULAR OPINION & TRUTH ABOUT PEPTIDES: (Read the entire thread before getting heated) As of today, there’s zero high-quality randomized controlled trials for almost all of them, & 99% of the evidence stems from lab studies or cell cultures, not long-term human data. The peptide industry has become the next fad where every 2nd person is trying to make money by convincing you it’s the next best thing. “Health” Influencers are telling you to inject something they don’t even know the quality of, nor understand or even whether the 3rd party websites that there pushing or white labeling are bypassing FDA regulations. And even worse whether the peptides have been tested for purity or just come with a basic forged purity report. (9/10 labs that show purity reports have come back as false when I have dug deeper into them). I've seen people use peptides & heal their body and thrive. I've seen others use peptides and not feel anything & I’ve seen people get dangerous adverse reactions sometimes landing up in ICU. I personally disrupted my thyroid, putting me into a state of hyperthyroidism after 3 weeks of using CJC1295 & Ipamorelin. Thankfully, I woke up & realised that my body doesn’t need peptides, and I fully trust my body to know how to communicate at a cellular level. If I did have a serious health concern, I would seek out an expert in health & regeneration (not an expert in supplementation or even allopathic medicine aka disease). If the “expert” puts you on peptides as a first step then that’s your sign to find someone else. Every time some new health fad has every single influencer talking about it AND selling it, I become extra cautious. ** I’m willing to alter my opinion when more long term data comes out, but for now I would rather not experiment with my body. It’s the same discernment I used in 2020 & I why I’m annoyed for letting my guard down.

Okay is anyone else's skin burning way faster than normal in the UK right now? It feels like the sun is far more intense... Even my darker skinned friends are saying they are feeling a new intensity to the sun. But it's only like 21 degrees Celsius... It's weird.

When health influencers brag about eating “grass-fed grass-finished” beef and don’t realise that if it’s not organic/pasture-raised, it literally means nothing and is as bad as factory farmed beef, that’s when I know the depth of their knowledge in health.

I'm building muscle and losing fat just from simple body weight exercises. Sleeping better. More alert. Better mood. I'd argue it's one of the most important supplements I take.
