@garymerten If you weren't set up on AutoPay that information would've had to have been manually entered. We do have many ways to pay the bill on t-mobile.com, the T-Life app and our guest pay website. Meet us in DM so we can gather additional info.^ShannonRobinson

@TMobileHelp It happened twice with 2 banks my amounts due are all different from the #Tmobile website to the #Tlife app. Not sure how much more of my time, money, and effort I need to get this right.

@garymerten Outside of AutoPay all other payments made to accounts are manual. If payments were returned from your financial institution, we'd recommend contacting them to determine what happened. DM us the amounts/dates of payments so we can help with your service.^ShannonRobinson
