Thank you @NBN_Australia for your complete absence of service. Which was working perfectly well until you performed some maintenance on Wednesday last. Since then, my service has been very poor and intermittent, culminating today in a complete and total failure.

@NBN_Australia As I mentioned, this disruption has the capacity to cause me physical harm. I am disabled, and you need to ensure that already flagged-as-urgent matter is, in fact, actually addressed in a matter that somewhat approaches urgent. At this time it appears that nothing has happened.

@NBN_Australia No follow up? You mess up the hardware, and then wander away, leaving your clients without a connection and potentially in danger of physical harm? I believe that's called a failure of your duty of care.

@clarkes @NBN_Australia No such luck here with line of sight anything. I'm on the ground floor, in the middle of an apartment block, surrounded by multi-storey apartment blocks. 4G/5G has improved over the years, but it's still not stellar. And Trumbull's NBN is shit on a stick.

@garystark @NBN_Australia Bugger. We actually use 4g as our primary internet. We are line-of-sight to a tower. Most NBN modems offer 4g backup without charge nowadays.
